Construction of Cal State LA’s first traditional-style student housing facility, located next to our existing student apartments, is officially underway. Student Housing East will offer 1,500 beds for freshmen and sophomores, a dining commons and a learning center. Construction for this project will be located in Parking Lot 7. We always encourage you to consider other transportation alternatives when coming to campus. Additionally the opening of our new parking structure, Structure E will help alleviate the loss of parking in Lot 7
